A full day of family circus shows and activities with the wonderful Poppins Presents. Meet stilt walkers and flying aerialists, sing and dance with Hippy Poppins, or join in and learn some circus skills. All events are free.
10.00-10.45 : Stilt walking
Who better to greet you into a circus event than a really tall ring master with giant bubbles or wings? After all a circus isn’t a circus without somebody really tall.
10.30-11.00: Aerial
Specialising in routines full of unexpected twists and turns, our wonderful aerialists fly in the sky during this beautiful ambient performance. Watch them dance in the air as you enjoy your scrumptious coffee and cake surrounded by circus delight.
11.00-11.45: Hippy Poppins
Hippy Poppins is an interactive circus musical with accompanying pop-up circus workshops. Expect music, magic and “supercalifrajilisticexpialidocious” circus tricks! Get ready to sing, dance and play with Hippy Poppins! A little bit of magical mischief and childhood nostalgia is sure to bring smiles to all the family.
11.45-2.00: Circus Workshops
With a variety of circus equipment, all family members can join the circus! From giant bubbles, to juggling and hula hoops …shows, lessons, silly games and free play. There is a toy for all to enjoy, learning coordination and balance , whilst most importantly having fun!
2.00-2.30: Aerial
