Giggleswick Railway Circle: Rail Cameramen

  • Settle Victoria Hall 24 Kirkgate Settle, England, BD24 9DZ United Kingdom (map)

I'm pleased to have John Hillier return to give a presentation on Rail Cameramen. This is a history of the Railway Photographic Society (RPS) and its successor the Rail Camera Club (RCC) whose purpose has been, and still is, to improve the standard of railway photography.

Giggleswick Railway Circle (GRC) is a voluntary group that holds regular meetings for anyone interested in railways.

So, if are you interested in….

·         Past, present and future railway operations

·         Locomotives and rolling stock

·         Railway buildings, track and signalling

·         Railway photography

·         A history of railway lines and their communities

… then come along to our meetings.

Normally our meetings are held at 19.30 on the 4th Wednesday monthly, but please check the diary before travelling.

GRC is not a club; all are welcome to the meetings, and there is no subscription or membership needed. Refreshments are included in the admission charge.
