Family Film Day: Raya and the Last Dragon

  • Settle Victoria Hall 24 Kirkgate Settle, England, BD24 9DZ United Kingdom (map)

“Raya and the Last Dragon” takes us on an exciting, epic journey to the fantasy world of Kumandra, where humans and dragons lived together long ago in harmony. But when an evil force threatened the land, the dragons sacrificed themselves to save humanity. Now, 500 years later, that same evil has returned and it’s up to a lone warrior, Raya, to track down the legendary last dragon to restore the fractured land and its divided people. However, along her journey, she’ll learn that it’ll take more than a dragon to save the world—it’s going to take trust and teamwork as well.

The Principle Trust Children’s Charity welcomes you to their Family Film Day. Discover the extraordinary family, The Madrigals and the magic of Encanto or enjoy the tale of Raya, a strong, lone warrior who must stop the sinister monsters known as the Druun and save the last dragon.

This local children’s charity is a lifeline to many families throughout the region of Yorkshire. The charity aims to improve the mental wellbeing and quality of life of children who are experiencing long term, life threatening or limiting illnesses, disabilities, mental health issues or living in poverty. The Skipton based children’s charity does this by providing free week-long respite breaks to their holiday homes in Blackpool and Windermere.
